This large format 2025 $50 five ounce fine silver coin beautifully melds classic Canadian symbolism with leading edge minting technology and exceptional art to create one of the top-quality collector issues of the year. The design features an ultra-high relief raised sugar maple leaf set against a “heart of the forest” pulsating field pattern that showcases Canada’s vast forests. By tilting the coin, a unique light play creates the illusion of an endless forest on a misty day, with tall conifers seemingly falling in and out of view. The coin is further enhanced with selective rose gold plating on both sides.

The coin’s obverse includes the forest as a subtle field pattern and features the effigy of His Majesty King Charles III by Canadian artist Steven Rosati.
