2025 $50 Heart-Shaped Fine Silver Coin with inset De Beers Heart-Shaped Genuine Diamond

This unique 2025 $50 fine silver coin from the Royal Canadian Mint combines innovation with the beauty of a real heart-shaped natural mined diamond. This is the final issue of diamond-shaped coins from the Royal Canadian Mint, with this heart-shaped edition being one of the most difficult and complex shapes to achieve. In addition to the coin itself being in the 3D form of a heart-shaped diamond, the coin features a 0.23-carat ideal-cut diamond inlaid into the coin.

A reproduction of a patented trademark diamond cut from Crossworks Manufacturing, the coin's distinctive shape and multi-faceted design were inspired by the Ideal Cut Heart Diamond graded by the De Beers Institute of Diamonds and embedded in one of the crown main facets. The effigy of His Majesty King Charles III by Canadian artist Steven Rosati appears on the largest facet (the table).
