This Dura-Electric griddle has a non-stick coating that offers easy cleaning. It's metal utensil safe and has (nylon, wooden or silicone utensils recommended to prolong the life of your nonstick coating). This PFOA-free spacious cooking plate also provides a generous cooking space for family meals and entertaining . It heats quickly and evenly and the removable drip tray is made of quality stainless steel. It's variable temperature control designed with a large adjustable dial to set the temperature. Plate tilt control allows you to drain the fat from your cooking plate. Recipes include: burgers with bourbon (caramelized) onions and arugula, veggie fried rice, fish tacos with pico de gallo, crab cakes 4 with homemade tartar sauce, tartar sauce, seared shrimp and asparagus with lemon vinaigrette, potato rosti and whole wheat buttermilk pancakes with kumquat-maple syrup.
